Willow Point

Willow Point is considered by many to be the "crown jewel" of Russell Lands developments. The first phase of Willow Point was the construction of the golf course in the early 1960's, recently renovated by Hurdzan-Fry into one of the finest golf courses in the South. This course is the centerpiece of the Willow Point Country Club and the residential development.

The first lots were sold in Willow Point in 1972, providing fortunate purchasers spectacular views of Lake Martin. Residents enjoy gated security, level lots, beautiful forests and carefully controlled covenants and architectural standards. While many property owners initially built to use as a second home, the beauty of the area and the quality of the club have caused many people to make Willow Point their primary residence.

Willow Point is located in the northwest section of Lake Martin in the Parker Creek area and is home to custom homes, wonderful lake-side townhomes and the Glynmere enclave of Craftsman-style homes.
