Russell Lands owns approximately one third of the shoreline and thousands of acres in the surrounding area. We  have made it our priority to ensure the integrity of the lake and the preservation of it's natural beauty.

Lake Martin living is very fulfilling. The lake provides us with a new scene of beauty everyday. Some days the water may resemble a million diamonds as the water bounces off every wave. Another day the water may be as smooth as glass with a group of mallards leaving the only wake.
